Are you interested in getting hot water pool and extend your swimming season? Did you know that you can build your own pool heater and get better results that you buy in a store? There are ways to make a pool heater and get the water to be much warmer than we are accustomed. Here is a simple plan you use to about 12 degrees in water temperature in Indiana.

First, you will have to go to a local hardware store and obtain 100 feet of black pipe. This should be at least half an inch in diameter. You will also want to get about 10 to 15 feet of PVC pipe that can fit perfectly at the end of the black tube. You should be able to double the black tube and should not be really thick. You also need a 2 to 8 feet and 2 by 4s, valve closure that fits in the PVC pipe and a pump.

Then, you have to take the 2 by 4s and drill holes in them enough great for the black tube to fit between them. Then cut in half long way to taking a stand to hold the black tube. Now you have to run the black pipe round in tight loops without folds from 2 by 4s. You want 4 sections of 2 by 4's that are 4 feet long each.

Finally, you mount this part of the heating on a roof or somewhere that will be in direct sunlight. We mounted on a roof that was short more than a fenced in area for our dogs, but could be mounted in a shed or a house too. So, will connect the PVC pipes and shutoff valve to the return of the water and pump and some of the PVC to the other end. Be sure to mount the pump in a dry and flat.

Many people wonder if there is legitimacy to the question of how to build a home solar panel and a professional guide if necessary. It definitely is! If fact, the construction of a solar energy system of the house is one of the best decisions anyone can make in today's economy, an investment of $ 200 that could eliminate your electric bill completely!

Common misconception is that the construction of a solar energy system of the house means the group it is of poor quality, or they may break easily, even you can not produce a good amount of energy, all of which are false! With adequate, "How to build a solar panel" guide to the average person can build a professional-grade panel that is strong and produces a large amount of solar energy.

In most cases, a professional guide is required to build and install solar energy system. Given the fact that the two components are Electrical and initial investment, professional guides are allowed to protect their investment in solar panels while at the same time to create the desired product. Most complete guides come with instructions and diagrams step by step the details of the process from beginning to end.

When building your own panels and taking his family outside the network of the power company will be saving a significant amount of money each month. In fact, some families could even break even in the initial investment within 30-60 days and be living without an energy bill for a while! With the average cost of a guide how to build solar panels and the parts needed to construct panels of less than $ 275 this is truly a smarter not for most Americans!

If you are unsure about the adoption of a solar energy system to power the whole house why not setup a small system that can reduce your electric bill by 25% or the power of your treadmill and television in his garage as a side project for testing purposes. Another idea would be to power and your pool with a spa system smaller and less expensive to evaluate the results before expanding its solar panel project.

So for those of you who are still wondering how to build a solar panel in particular, the essential elements of the draft budget would be a small side (usually equivalent to one month or two the electricity bill) a professional and complete, like building a solar panel, with diagrams and instructions guide step by step and a little free time.

Why I can not connect my home pool electric water heater? The filter / pump does all the work.?

Do not see why can not build a house for my water heater, allow water to fill the skimmer, the severity of water use to leave the bottom of the filter, where it is pumped back to the pool. Ok, but I have $ 800 for a regular heater. I would love to put a heater through cow to save money and still have a warmer pool. Thanks for your time. Do not see why you can not build a house for my water heater (not independent of the house), allowing water to fill the skimmer, the severity of water use to leave the bottom of the filter, where it will be pumped back into the pool. I have many water heaters price, and hundreds of dollars, only promise 10% or 8 degrees warmer than the pool. I do not expect to become a whirlpool, a little warmer. No matter if chlorine kills my existing water heater, because I'm going to shoot anyway when I buy a new one.

You must be crazy. A pool heater on at full volume ALL the water passes through a pool heater pump / filter only raise the temperature of the pool about 1 degree per hour. If you are going to even consider the 40 gallon heater water in the home, then you're probably going to have to run 10 hours per grade. So if you need to run your heater to win 20 degrees temperature, you will need about 200 hours or a week and one day perhaps rough math. Not only have to run your heater, you also have to use your pool pump, and that right there is also additional electrical equipment waste. The amount of money you waste on this idea in a single season will probably be enough money to buy 2 heaters. In a single day, with the operation of the pool 8 hours a day, you will gain 16 degrees in 2 days <ok, perhaps 14, as you may lose a degree or 2 at night while the cold night air energy transfers where the water is warmer than the temperature outdoor air.> But within 3 days, you have to heat your pool to the same temperature as a weeks worth of running your pool filter / motor and its "Unit" of the water heater of 200 hours. Im using as a basis that is only because I do not think anyone knows exactly how fast you can regenerate hot water and if the water is simply flowing through your heater might day a day for 1 degree of temperature, since these heaters are designed to meet and heat the water in the tank, without running water ... so when you look at the negative aspects of this plan has ... i wouldnt even consider it. Do yourself a favor and just do it well. Not only that probably violate zoning codes, which can get you in trouble with the town. Could have an impact on your home insurance or other plans based.

Cost of maintaining the pool built?

I am currently house hunting and I would buy a house with a pool. Most homes in my list have solar hot water pools. I am curious how much it would cost to maintain?

Much depends on how it does and how the pool is setup. Many people pay $ 50 or even $ 100 a month for professional pool service. Mostly what you get for this is the weekly brushing (if you're lucky) and chemicals (but in hot weather weekly chemical controls are not sufficient). If you do you'll spend maybe $ 100 or $ 200 a year on chemicals – much depends on whether it is used here as a liquid or some combination. You can also spend 30 minutes a week brushing, depending on what, if any, the device pool is cleaner. You may occasionally have to clean a filter cartridge or replace paper in a DE filter. These are easy and inexpensive. Then, breaking things. We used to have a Polaris – unreliable beast, working an hour and $ 30 the value of the parts about every two months. Our current system is impressive floor – Completely eliminates brushing, the pool makes maintenance much more tolerant lazy chemist, etc, but two years on all of the valve assembly should be replaced ($ 109 and 30 minutes of work). It will be very difficult to answer this question without knowing exactly how the group is configured, you are in, how you are at hand, and so may make do with a couple hundred dollars a year, but could easily be $ 1000 per year. Now also have a shell security of supply – impressive, and has saved a life, maintains the pool of hot water, etc. but is about $ 2,000 every 5 or 6 years to replace the fabric. related to maintenance of the pool – we need to consider security. Is the pool fenced? Are any doors from the house to the pool area alarmed? Is there a cover security? Want this since the first day and not have some expenses to improve things so that it is. If parties like we did then a lot of work with the local YMCA or swimming at school and find a high school kid who is certified lifeguard. They can come to your party and watch the pool while you and all other adults relax. It will cost less than spending on beer, other parents will be delighted that they can relax for a couple of hours, and the rent boy who needs the money anyway.

Looking for a solar heater for use in the pool of their land? Want to know how to build solar pool heaters in ground pools? There are some advantages of building your own solar heater and you can use these tips for both ground and above ground pools.

First, you will have to make sure you have a place to mount the heater to continuous sunlight throughout the day. You need at least six hours of sunlight and the more you have, the better. Sure that this space is at least 4 feet by 8 foot area or larger. This could be your roof, a shed roof, or any other area that would work.

Second, you need a pump to pump water slowly, some pvc pipes, some black pipe and a shutoff valve. The idea behind this is that you are going to pump the water very slowly in the pool and through about 50 feet to 200 feet of black pipe (about 1 / 2 inch diameter 3 / 4 inches) very slowly. On his way through it is heated by the sun and is pumped back into your pool.

Finally, you're going to put a valve on the end that is used to return the water. Be sure to close this off at night and when you do not have the heater running. You can put your new heater on a timer to connect pump timer so they only operate during daylight hours. This is a solar heaters for the pool of the best in ground pools that cost you an arm and a leg.

Selection of a gas to fill a solar water heater homemade?

I'm making a solar water heater as the project for my science class engineering. My question concerns the gas in the panel. What would give maximum gas temperature inside the panel? And also, if I pressurized chamber special group effect of temperature inside the panel?

Thermal mass (also called specific heat) is the ability to store body heat. There are two varieties of the heat capacity Cp and Cv, where Cp is ate the constant pressure and Cv is a constant volume, the greater the ability to heat more heat the substance may retain Hydrogen has a high heat capacity of 10.16 kJ / kg * K, although it may be a bit dangerous, the next could be the tetroxide nitrogen at 4.6 kJ / kg * K, the heat capacity is a function of temperature, and may vary according to changes in temperature.
