Local News Briefs GYPSUM, Colorado – A California man died Thursday after his car went off Interstate 70 and over a cliff 70 meters near Gypsum, police said. Stanley J. Strychaz, 69, of West Hills, Calif., was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the State Patrol.
