Here are some of the techniques I've used over the years to destroy the self-doubt that a negative frame of the world may believe. First, it is useful to understand we all go through a learning curve. There are four stages to learning and will pass through the four learning how to reframe and redo your thinking patterns.

  1. Unconscious Incompetence "This is when you do not know what I do not know. For this woman, never occurred to him to pay attention their patterns of thought and walk through them to see if their concerns were valid or were false expectations Appearing Real.
  2. Conscious Incompetence "Here is where most of you are now, after reading this far into the book. You understand some of the roots of his own doubts and are learning how to eliminate them. Reading about them is their conscious level, but knowing and doing are not the same. Learning is experiential and starting in the next step.
  3. Conscious Competition-At this stage you know what to do, but you have to think about it to do so. Re reweaving development and patterns of thought which must be monitored constant in his thinking and responses to situations and then think them through to make sure they are valid concerns.
  4. Unconscious Competence "Here is where I want to reach as quickly as possible. At this level, you have been practicing to the point of rethinking it happens without thinking about it. Like driving a car, actions and reactions take place at a subconscious level and are as natural as their patterns of thought are now. You have completely replaced the development its negative planted doubts about himself with a more positive as possible, thinking that releases your potential and growth in fuel from a happier, more successful person.

Understanding these levels is important because it helps to develop patience and understanding of their progress in any business, including a new definition and reweaving their thinking patterns. This helps you monitor your progress in this and any other thing than trying to learn. When you have no way to measure its progress, it is easy to feel frustrated. The frustration eventually leads to doubt, which often prevents him from even trying something new. Again, why Why play if I'm just going to lose again.

This gradual learning curve allows you to set reasonable short-term goals and enjoy the satisfaction to hit. For example, reading this article discusses the concepts of programming, internal dialogue, self-image, patterns of thought and preparation to return to their conscience when you may never thought much about any of them before. It takes you instantly from one phase to the second stage. We hope that this article will motivate you to play back the development of their thinking patterns, which will move to level three. Congratulations! Now, with practice you're on your way to level four.

The same principle applies to every area of your life that you are trying to improve.

Most people expected to start at level four and then get frustrated and quit when it does not happen immediately. These levels of work and short-term goals that allow you to recognize and describe their changes at any time.

Certainly, it is my aim in this book to help destroy the doubt to be given the opportunity to do better at anything you choose. Using these levels as a test of progress will help a lot.

Have no doubt you'll find something of speed bumps in the road. You, certainly stumble and fall short from time to time and that's fine. It is better to be in the race regardless. Let's make sure that frame the effort in the best possible way. For example, you decide that your income will increase because you have destroyed a significant doubts about himself and are in the level of conscious competence learning selling a new product or service.

You make a call on a client and you do not get the sale. As a car, most people would think, "What I do wrong? "or" I messed that one up. "This type of framing tends to bring some excitement to it. It is hard to mess up or making something wrong and do not associate a negative feeling to it.

I love learning from experience, but let the emotion in the past. Instead of "What have I done evil, "part of the review in this way," What do I do next? "This puts your mind in the future in which the sale of the day, going to come and pull the lesson learned from the lost sale, but let the emotion in the past. We pull the emotion from the negative experiences and take the lesson with us in the future.

This makes the speed bumps as valuable as any lessons learned on the road.
