Clean Gunite Pool?
Swimming 7yrs old.Sand / dirt is embedded in shotcrete when the bomb was, bottom of the pool is always dirty. For more water to drain and acid wash (which worked in Spa) we have a rather slow. Tried cleaning with steel brush, shock, etc. need help
Yes, there is an option available to you if it is a small white area and Finnish background (not painted with chlorinated rubber, vinyl and 4 feet in diameter or less). You can rent or buy a Channel Master, at your local pool. They cost around $ 35. It attaches to the end of the swimming pool pole and is essentially an inverted cup, with a valve connected to a small tube leading to acid muriactic jar. When you put the "cup" in the area affected, directly puts acid on the ground by the siphon action is concentrated there. No need to empty the pool, but as I said, only good for small areas.Large take too time and negatively to leave your total alkalinity with the amount of acid that would be used. If this is a large area, I fear that only real option is to drain and washing. Using the wire brush was a significant first step in trying to resolve this and what I would have tried first, followed by a bit of granulated chlorine. No success means it's time to acid.
